- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the villa.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted proofs: ID, Driving License and Passport. Without an original copy of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
- Extra beds will not be provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate, the villa reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear, to villa assets. Deposit shall not be refunded in such cases. Guests shall keep the room in good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to a maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.
- Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment will be charged at 120% of full replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
- Damage to mattresses and linen resulting from body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
- All our rooms are Non-Smoking. If smoking occurs during your stay, a $100 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account.
- Regal Rivera Villa may reach out to guests to get feedback through calls or messages during the stay.
- Children Below 5 Years: Free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Children Aged 6 Years and Above: Will not be allowed to share the bed. They are considered adults and will incur charges accordingly.
- A minimum of 50% of the booking amount is required as an advance to secure a confirmed reservation. Upon check-in, you will be charged the full amount for the nights reserved.
- For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests must settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. The villa will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement.
Mid-Stay Cancellations: If you decide to shorten your booking during your stay, you will be charged for the nights originally reserved according to the policy below.

Regal Rivera Villa enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to protect the villa and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted in public areas until 10:00 PM. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting.
Safe deposit boxes are available in all rooms. The villa is not liable for any items left in the safe. Please ensure you have retrieved all your belongings before check-out. We recommend securing personal insurance for high-value items.
